This Kia service center in DTLA does not offer a ride sharing service such as Uber/Lyft to take customers home after dropping car off to get serviced when Kia of Cerritos does. After paying for my car to sharing service such as Uber/Lyft to take customers home after dropping car off to get serviced when Kia of Cerritos does. After paying for my car to get a diagnostic, I had a tow truck with me to pick up my car to tow it home. Kia Service center did not know where my vehicle was and it took OVER AN HOUR for them to retrieve my car! Very unorganized More
