I sincerely hope I never have to step foot in this facility for the rest of my Kia's life. -didn't order the parts I scheduled the repair for, waisted my entire morning and had to come back -ineffi facility for the rest of my Kia's life. -didn't order the parts I scheduled the repair for, waisted my entire morning and had to come back -inefficient check in process, waited in my car for an hour -waiting area was hot, stuffy, no a/c, and the bathroom had an ant infestation -vending machine took my money, cashier just said call the number on the machine, didn't bother to put an OUT OF ORDER sign on it to avoid this happening to anyone else, and didn't offer anyone any water -began to wonder if I was actually in xxxx *Arturo was really great. The wait just to get in the service department is ridiculous. It took more than an hour before you get checked in. Service guy was nice other than that Kia downtown has always suck for me .
