I no longer receive phone calls when my car has updates while being serviced. I was notified late because the system switched to texts. When I dropped off my car the attendant didn’t ask for my keys. I h while being serviced. I was notified late because the system switched to texts. When I dropped off my car the attendant didn’t ask for my keys. I had to return to her desk to hand my keys over. I brought my car in primarily to fix my taillight, the attendant never communicated to me that my vehicle needed to be cleared of personal items before being worked on. I was not informed at the time of pick up that the primary service I requested was not completed. I drove away with my car needing service. The price of a basic oil changed doubled because I do not recall paying $130 for an oil change ever. More
