This dealership is like a high school for the mentally disabled, in that everyone who works there is suffering from some form of brain impairment. This is the first and last time I ever get a KIA. Love the car, but the company and dealerships are garbage. More

I had an appointment and still had to sit in my car in a line for an hour before I could hand over the keys, then the service took another 2+ hours. Once I could actually talk to a service person they were line for an hour before I could hand over the keys, then the service took another 2+ hours.
