Took my car in for recall was told they inspected my vehicle checked brakes,battery etc. We recently did an oil change due to an upcoming trip and to our surprise our battery needed to be replaced even vehicle checked brakes,battery etc. We recently did an oil change due to an upcoming trip and to our surprise our battery needed to be replaced even though at KIA we were told it was ok. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not be returning to KIA downtown for any service on my car. More

My appointment was @1:20pm didn’t get checked in till 2:25pm. I was waiting in my car for over an hour. It then took over 2 hours for the service and all I was getting was an oil change and tire rotation 2:25pm. I was waiting in my car for over an hour.
