I brought in my car for a battery replacement and got it back with a cover missing. I haven't heard back from the management team AT ALL about this missing part, and have been given excuse after excuse as t back with a cover missing. I have sent many messages and called asking when my parts are coming in. Nobody has responded. Yet I keep getting texts and emails asking me to fill out a survey with a positive statement.
