The service representative is a good guy; however, the overall quality of service on the side of the parts / repairs is extremely disappointing. I went in to install the new security system due to the rec overall quality of service on the side of the parts / repairs is extremely disappointing. I went in to install the new security system due to the recall and not sure what they did but my windows do not work the same. Last time I went in there was to get a new driver side door chamber because my car was broken into and they did a terrible job. First I was not attended or even acknowledged until 15mins after my appointment time. Second, I was not informed of the possible solutions and was given an only one option. Third, when I received my car, I was given additional sets of keys to the car and notified that because I did not select the upgraded package , my car would now require two different sets of keys to operate. When I tried to get this fixed, the service department told me it is $150 to get the keys redo by the parts department. Then I spoke with the parts department and they said once the lock is in the car, they can’t touch it and that I needed to select the service before the install… a service that I was not even advised was available. I am 100% not recommended anyone to buy a KIA or visit this dealership in DTLA. Additionally I reached out to the supervisor, Eric Espinoza, via via as advised and have not been given a response or acknowledgment in 2 days (and counting) More
The worst experience I’ve ever had in car service , no communication I would have to call every day because there was no communication . They had my car for over a week the first week they could tell me w communication I would have to call every day because there was no communication . They had my car for over a week the first week they could tell me what the problem was after that still have to wait to see if the warranty cover which it didn’t so I had to pay ! I had them also to a full service Change which cost $899 apart for the other service I needed they return my car with no water !!! I will not be taking my car back there ! More
