Misael Rios is a very professional, courteous and knowledgeable tech. He answered all my questions and provided information about my vehicle that I had concerns with. Misaels positivity and polite attitude would probably be the one of the only reasons as to why I would bring my vehicles back to this Kia location. The cashiers on the hand very opposite attitude from Misael. One cashier saw me, eye contact and all while I was waiting to pay and walked away. The lady that did help seemed like she was mad she was there. Her demeanor was very standoffish. If she doesn't like to deal with paying customers, why bother working with the public. More

Service advisor Desiree was really helpful and kept me informed about the updates on my vehicle, great advisor.
