Service manager did not seem to care at all about my needs. I had a factory recall that needed to be taken care of and he was not very knowledgeable as to what that entailed. The sales and finance people I worked with at Kia Downtown LA hid the fact that the new car I was leasing had previously been leased out until we were hours in to paperwork. They kept me at the dealership for over four hours--most of the time I was waiting for them to bring the car from another lot or clean it. They repeatedly gave me incorrect time estimates. The carpet of my "new" car was still dirty even after they cleaned it. The car is fine and it's the one I wanted but I had a shady experience with the people at the dealership, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. More

Julie Romero good service provider to help out and friendly. She took care of me right away even though I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time. The wait time to get my car back was not friendly. She took care of me right away even though I had to wait a few minutes after my appointment time. I go there in a montly básics and always something is missing from my car bolts or cover when doing oíl change!
