Not a great experience. I came in to do general maintenance on my EV6 and was recommended to do the 30,000 mile service since I was already at 25,000 miles. I accepted since I came in to do general maintenance on my EV6 and was recommended to do the 30,000 mile service since I was already at 25,000 miles. I accepted since I was told the 30,000 mile service included replacing the windshield wipers, checking my AC system, and rotating my tires, among several other things. However, when I came to pick up my car in the afternoon, I was told the tires were not rotated since they were already in the optimal position. My AC system was supposedly checked for leaks and wiring, but I know they didn't bother testing the AC system after they were done since my AC wasn't even blowing any air when I tried it. To make matters worse, I took a look at the wipers and they had not been changed. I went back to the front desk person and requested they go verify with the technicians if my wipers had actually been replaced. The front desk person did and came back with the following response: "The technicians performed the services from the old 30,000 miles service list, not the new updated 30,000 mile service list, so the wipers were accidentally not replaced." As soon as I heard that, I couldn't help but wonder what other services the technicians may have failed to perform since they were using an outdated service list. I never got a clear answer, but they did agree to change my wipers. After waiting another 40 minutes, a technician finally came out and replaced my old wipers. In summary, I have lost all confidence in this dealership and don't intend to come back despite it being the closest KIA dealership from my house. I have had better experiences with other KIA locations where they even vacuum your car and clean your windows, which were not offered at the Downtown KIA location. If you come here, just be sure to verify the work you pay for is actually performed. More
