My first few months of working with the Kia service department was honestly terrible, I almost had to get a lawyer just to get a response from my advisor (Christine). Once my advisor was switched, it was a whole different experience and I went from hating Kia to appreciating the communication I was receiving from my new advisor (Jacob). After 1 year of my Kia Optima being at the service department (plug in hybrid battery died/on back order), I went over to sales and asked what my options were. That was when Lupe started to help me and he was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated his help and guidance on my new vehicle and he really helped improve my whole experience with Kia. If it wasn’t for Jacob or Lupe, I likely would have never purchased another Kia ever due to the treatment I had received the first 6(ish) months of working with Kia of DTLA. They really turned my experience around, from a massively negative opinion to an experience that I look back on and appreciate. More
Horrible service! The girl at the front desk for the service department was rude. We were promised that the first oil change would be free with our purchase. We were sent a coupon that our first service would be $50 we drove over an hour to take it to get serviced there just for them to also deny the coupon and say that it wasn’t that price since that coupon was for 5 liters of oil when our telluride needs 7L. They refused to let us pay the difference and we’re charging us around 200 for the first service. Overall the girl was just very rude and didn’t seem to care to provide any decent customer service. Never taking our car to get anything there again. More
