This place has lost my business. I was told that Charlie had doubled my $25. Coupon but when I looked at the I am charged a mics charge of $50.00 then my coupon is applied. I had to find my own car as no on had doubled my $25. Coupon but when I looked at the I am charged a mics charge of $50.00 then my coupon is applied. I had to find my own car as no one could locate it. Charlie Also called to add additional work by draining my power steering. I hesitated and he said " since you are having do much done I will bundle that and it will not be charged. Well the first item on my bill is $129.00 for power steering. How much is your labor. I was there nearly seven hours and if you worked on my car the entire time it would be $103 an hour. All I got from Charlie was phone calls wanting to do more and of course charge me more. I came I. For brakes and left with a $939.00 bill. I felt like you only wanted more money. I was going to purchase a new Kia before the end of the year but I will never buy a thing from you. I still feel Kia is the best car on the road but Kia of Chattanooga Is only in it to milk customers. I gave you one because I can't give nonr More
I'm from out of state and had to leave my car at this dealership unexpectedly. I was told they'd keep me updated, which they kind of did. Charlie was very nice but didn't fix the initial problem that I dealership unexpectedly. I was told they'd keep me updated, which they kind of did. Charlie was very nice but didn't fix the initial problem that I told them about so I ended up being without a car for almost a month before they finally got it taken care of. It was hard to get a hold of anyone when I called to find out the status of my car and usually took them almost a full day to return a call. Once I'd gotten my car back, it was a mess. There was dirt and even a literal weed on my floor mats and crumpled up paperwork left in my car. I'm not sure if this is usual for most dealerships but I'm used to my regular Kia dealership detailing my car or at least cleaning up the mess they make when I take it in for service. More

Though I bought my car from another Dealer KOC took care of me like i was their own. I was facing a bad engine in a car I just bought and wasn't halfway on payments yet. I was scared and frustrated. If you make me nitpick anything i would say keeping customers informed on progress would be nice. Like a site we could log into and see what's been done so we don't have to call..
