Leslie helped in financing as well, very friendly and efficient. One of the light sockets needs replacing but they assured me it would be replaced as a courtesy before I signed the paperwork so no charges there, the replacement will happen soon. Liked everything about the process, everyone is very friendly, honest and informative with my first time care buying experience. I wasn't rushed or aggressively encouraged to do anything besides what I set out to purchase. Thank you :) More

O stars! !! Scam Alert!!!!! I leased a Kia Optima from Kia of West Nyack NY. I had paid for lease & wear coverage ($449) Didn’t want to get hit with a high bil !! Scam Alert!!!!! I leased a Kia Optima from Kia of West Nyack NY. I had paid for lease & wear coverage ($449) Didn’t want to get hit with a high bill at the end of lease. So 3 years go by I return my lease. Get my end of lease bill $750. Which would have been fine if the dealership didn’t pocket the $449. They never purchased the coverage from third party. When I called the company to file my claim with my proof of purchase. They said they never worked with Kia of West Nyack. WOW bunch of crooks! They were selling the dealership & knew I wouldn’t know until 3 years later that they never purchased the coverage. Kia didn’t make it right. Which tells me a lot about this company. They don't care about there customers. All I asked was for refund of $250 for the additional cost. The other monies I would have had to pay regardless. Since I was not leasing another Kia. The car quality was horrible. Braking issues & plastic burnt scent from cheap motor parts. They should have made it right! Don’t lease/buy Kia!!!! Crooks!!!! More
Protect your car, time, and sanity by avoiding this service department. Ruben Negron, the service manager, held my car for over two weeks for what should have been a straightforward recall, oil chan service department. Ruben Negron, the service manager, held my car for over two weeks for what should have been a straightforward recall, oil change, and rim replacement. The problem? Despite paperwork showing the recall was completed — and Ruben personally confirming it — the work was never done. I only discovered this when Kia Corporate contacted me six months later to notify me that the recall was still outstanding. When I confronted Ruben and the Kia West Nyack team, he lied to my face, claiming I told them not to perform the recall because "I didn't want the engine moved" (no idea what this even means, it was never discussed and sounds like a poorly thought out excuse. Regardless, their own paperwork directly refuted this. And honestly, what reasonable person would be fine leaving their car at a dealership for two weeks just for an oil change and rim replacement? Not only did I lose those two weeks without my vehicle, I then had to bring it to Kia White Plains, who completed the recall in under 24 hours (would recommend them, by the way). I also shared my experience with Kia Corporate (who did nothing) and the dealership’s ownership group, Dennis & Co. Auto Group, who simply referred me back to the very same dealership. Kia of West Nyack should be ashamed of how they treat customers, especially when the recall in question carried a fire risk. Do yourself a favor: go to a different Kia dealership, and avoid Dennis Auto Group dealers altogether. More
