Overall Good I ended up leasing a 2019 Kia Sorento from West Nyack. Salesman Dave was great. Overall, it was hectic trying to schedule new car pickup. Charged for Warranty I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morni I am not sure where the problem lies, if it is with the Dealer or Kia but I brought my car in for a warranty problem. They duplicated it on the morning it came in but then were unable to duplicate it again. Since in there eyes the problem went away I had to pay for a service visit. But why is it my fault if you SAW the issue and then it went away that there is no problem. You know it exists as you saw it. I do not think I should have been responsible for the charge, not very fair. To the point my customer service rep April was wonderful and was more than helpful. More
