Customer Service Not Acceptable Worked with two different salesmen who could not have know less about the models I was interested in. At one point, after coming to a verbal deal, th Worked with two different salesmen who could not have know less about the models I was interested in. At one point, after coming to a verbal deal, they tried to up-sell me on a better trim. When I asked about what the differences were at the higher trim, he had to literally get a sticker of the specs and then proceeded to simply read the sheet to me. Finance Manager was somehow even worse. Never looked me in the eye and did not shake my hand once, even on my way out the door with the new car. At one point he was negotiating in the wrong direction and his offers were actually getting worse but were just restructured differently in hopes that I wouldn't notice. When I called him out on it and stated that I would accept his original offer he stated that he was no longer going to honor that offer because he felt like he didn't need to. Once settling on the deal it then took 3 hours before I would drive off the lot. If I could have gotten the same deal somewhere else I would have. It simply came down to the fact that I was able to negotiate the deal down to a level I was comfortable with. The rest of the experience was well below average. More
