Forte Oil Change and factory recall April set up an appointment for me early on a Saturday which was my preference. Oil change and recall were completed quickly. Sportage Issue Our 17 sportage had an issue with several warning lights illuminating over the weekend. Called on Monday and spoke with April. She listened to the issues we were having and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. She called me later in the day to tell me the car was fixed, what was found and what was replaced. Also let me know a 2 year anniversary oil change was applied which was no charge and because of our issues the car was washed and detailed in and out. That was a pleasant surprise.
