Impatient Manager The people who work the desk were wonderful and helpful. I had a question that the manager needed to answer. He came out of the office and appeared disturbed that had to help me. He cut me off and was rude to me. He went back to the office and when he returned he was nicer. This was not the first time he spoke to me sharply. While I was waiting I asked one of the woman at the desk if they could charge my car. They went to ask the manager and he, at first, didn’t want to do it. Why? I bought the car there why is it a problem? I understand that people have bad days but this is your job! Dealing with customers!!! More
