horrible experience I leased a new Kia but was sent home with the wrong car. The car did not match the VIN # on paperwork. I had to return the car and take the correct vi I leased a new Kia but was sent home with the wrong car. The car did not match the VIN # on paperwork. I had to return the car and take the correct vin #. Due to the inconvenience, they paid 1 month lease, which was very generous, however, I had to drive there weeks later to collect the check for the month they were paying. THey also never paid off my old lease which was part of our aggreement. Upon calling them to remind them, I had to pay off myself and drive there and pick up the payment to reimburse myself. I have never had to do that before. Payoffs should be done by them. So unprofessional. Not to mention that they never checked to see what my balance was when I told them I wasn't sure how many payments were left and inevitable settled on a lesser amount. Weeks later called to see if they would cover that extra 310 payment and got a complete runaround. One manager told me yes. However never received check. I called a month later and that manager had left after a few weeks. No wonder he left. The place is disorganized and no ones knows what is going on! Never received a call back from other manager. Go somewhere else to buy or lease a KIA! More

My second time leasing a car from Kia of West Nyack I felt the first time was a better experience! Our salesman was new to the business and made promises he couldn't keep. They did work with me to make the experience ok. I am waiting for them to get back to me, I noticed a scratch on the car I leased after it was cleaned and detailed. The manager told me he would order touch up paint and the service department would fix the spot, haven't heard anything about it...yet. Love KIAs! Get so much for the money! More
