My second time leasing a car from Kia of West Nyack I felt the first time was a better experience! Our salesman was new to the business and made promises he couldn't keep. They did work with me to make the experience ok. I am waiting for them to get back to me, I noticed a scratch on the car I leased after it was cleaned and detailed. The manager told me he would order touch up paint and the service department would fix the spot, haven't heard anything about it...yet. Love KIAs! Get so much for the money! More

Won't honor the warranty Told me they did an inspection on the car founds many things wrong with the car when me to pay half for repairs. Shane has an attitude as if he's doing you a favor when you did the dealership a favor and buying there vehicle. He will not return calls. I emailed him a report from another dealership of all that's wrong with the car. Have not heard from him as of yet. I'm writing a complaint to Motor Vehicles they should not have it inspected the car in the condition it's in. More
