Had an awful experience trying to buy a new car here. Sales Manager Devon Poling reneged on an offer we had negotiated with him three hours earlier, saying that the price was actually for a lower trim mo Sales Manager Devon Poling reneged on an offer we had negotiated with him three hours earlier, saying that the price was actually for a lower trim model. The purchase agreement on which he wrote down the offer and signed, has the vehicle (year, make, model, and trim) typed out on it and it shows the one we wanted, not the lower trim that he claimed the offer was for! So I don't know how he could mess that up.. He was very unapologetic about the whole situation and wouldn’t budge from his new offer that was $1,500 more. We felt tricked, and left the dealership frustrated and angry. If you have to go to a Kia dealership in the Louisville area, I’ve been to all three recently and suggest going to the Clarksville one. More

When I called about a used car for my daughter in law, I was directed to Mr. Rucker, a salesman. He was very courteous and professional through the whole process. However, we noticed that the turn signal light was not working. The dealership management refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. We still decided to get the car thinking that the light bulb needed to be replaced. We replaced the bulb ($4) but it would not work. We figured out that it was not the bulb but the piece holding the bulb was defective. The bulb housing costs about $11 only. The dealership would have gotten 5 stars if they had done the right thing rather than lying. More

Taylor Kline is a manager that we have had way too many problems with! Bought a car from them in July of 2021. We were told it was remote start and it wasn't. We were told that it had floor mats and it did problems with! Bought a car from them in July of 2021. We were told it was remote start and it wasn't. After months of waiting for the title and repeatedly coming in to get new temp tags there was a conversation with a manager that told me he was going to detail our brand new car once the mats came in and guess what they came in but the dealership would not detail the car. They stated it would cost them $175 and refused to do it. They also finally got the floor mats in but only gave us two. Taylor Kline is so unprofessional, dishonest and just down right rude. The whole dealership is a joke! The only decent and honest person working there is John Hampton! He is great but it's his bosses that are arrogant. I will be contacting the owner of this location and the BBB over this. $35k on a brand new car and they can't detail it or provide me with floor mat or a remote start like promised, just wow!! More
