Replaced wiring harness The service shop replaced a faulty wiring harness quickly and at no cost. I liked the service department and felt they did a good job. The only thing The service shop replaced a faulty wiring harness quickly and at no cost. I liked the service department and felt they did a good job. The only thing I did not like was that I had to go to customer service to get the job done free. I should have been free as the issue was not caused by me and it is a new car. I really like my car and I am glad it got a KIA. I also rate customer service with 5 stars. More
