warranty car was misfiring. took to kia east and told them to call before repairs. they called and told me that the spark module in #3 cylinder was bad and it car was misfiring. took to kia east and told them to call before repairs. they called and told me that the spark module in #3 cylinder was bad and it wasn't covered under warranty and they wanted to charge $436.00 to fix it. I told them no and paid the $49.00 fee. when I got home, I pulled the cover off and removed the #3 module. no oil..... took the#2 out and there as about a thimble full of oil(fresh oil) in the cylinder. not even the same cylinder that was bad. I bought a module, put it in #$3 and the car worked fine. I ask for my fee back...refused. they said "someone"put the oil in wrong. don't know who that could be since I did all the oil changes. then they told me that the oil shorted out module oil in #2, bad module #3. I told them that oil does not conduct electricity. they told me that that was their story and they were sticking to it. this must be a common policy with them. I will never take my car back to them More

I said ok David Grey was great. But that Whitney Plants was dumb did not even show us how to use the car. My hubby and my daughter boyfriend had to read up on things. She did not know anything about the car. All she said was give me a good review but she suck. She was not in the car but a minute. Your service is great. But if Whitney had to help me I would have to go to other Kia store More
