Here a bit for has terrible customer service just to start. My car is only three years old and I have had to have it serviced four times in the last month. Once the sale is done, they forget you exist and don’t wish to deal with you. Sad. Unprofessional atmosphere from top to bottom. Don’t expect any customer care after the sale. Finance manager - sold me $900 gap insurance not telling me it was optional. I found it was optional days later after I read the contract form. She said she cancelled it but salesperson said she could not without a signed letter. Had to get angry with the receptionist to get her to walk 20 feet to tell finance manager I needed to talk to her because finance manager did not answer her phone or messages. Got answering machine every time with no call backs. Had to call my salesperson’s personal cell to get a response. Service - had a hitch installed. The mechanic did not reinstall a body and wiring protection panel. It’s plastic and needed to be notched around the hitch for reinstall. Shows reinstall step on YouTube but mechanic didn’t know. What does that say about service? Service representative was unfriendly and said he had to reorder part because it was thrown away in last 2 hours? Really? Customer Service - made numerous calls to financing, service and management and received messaging machines every time. No calls were returned except from salesperson’s personal cell. Called management several times to be fair and give them a chance to respond but received answering machines and no return calls. Never experienced such unprofessionalism in 40+ years of buying cars. Sad state of affairs. More
The head lady there was terribly rude! When paying for my car, with cash, a lady complained & said “I’m quitting”. I said, I’ve never had someone complain about me giving them money. Terrible dealership. Take advantage of people when they are in a vulnerable situation. Bought a car, it's been 3 months and have yet to get documents in order to register in another state.
