My Name is Myra Pittman King. I really went to Kia to have them tell me what I needed to do to get a new car. I never in my wildest dreams expected to leave with one. Jason was awesome. It was very up front and honest. It took me a whole week to pick out a car. I didn't get a a million annoying sales calls like the other dealers, but if I needed to know about the possi took me a whole week to pick out a car. He totally understood my budget and worked with me. He even took the time out so I can look up info online on a couple cars and helped me do a but of car insurance shopping too! I stopped into the Kia of Bedford dealership looking for a great deal on a car and I got one! The customer service is top notch! Ewan (sales) and Darrell (finance) went out of their way to make sure that my a great deal on a car and I got one! The customer service is top notch! Ewan is very knowledgeable about the cars that he sells and he thoroughly answered every question that we had. Darrell was very helpful with the financing and worked hard to ensure that we got the best rate possible. Both Ewan and Darrell are very thorough, personable, helpful, and friendly. I walked into Kia of Bedford after going to a Honda and Nissan dealership earlier that day. I was promptly approached (not bombarded) by Brandon Greene, whom would turn out to be the salesman I purchased m Nissan dealership earlier that day. I was promptly approached (not bombarded) by Brandon Greene, whom would turn out to be the salesman I purchased my 2012 Kia Optima from. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not the quintessential “snake in the grass” car salesman. After the test drive and a review of the Optima’s trim packages we started to talk numbers. Normally, this process is not very enjoyable, nor is the 2-3 different employees that approach you trying to throw loads of erroneous quotes/sayings around to lighten the mood. Brandon could see that I was comfortable dealing with him and chose to keep them out of my part of the negotiation. Brandon explored every rebate option and made his finance department crunch the numbers to fit my price range. A few days later I received a picture message the moment my Optima was rolled off the truck. I am very pleased with the service and honesty Brandon gave me.
