Rip Off In June 2018 took my car in because my gear was stuck on drive and some warning icons would come on. First they claimed they didn’t know what the icon In June 2018 took my car in because my gear was stuck on drive and some warning icons would come on. First they claimed they didn’t know what the icons meant. They performed diagnostic test and said I needed a new transmission. Paid $3700 for a rebuilt transmission. Since they “allegedly” replaced my transmission I have had to take it back THREE TIMES!! Because of the EXACT same thing—GEARS GETTING STUCK ON DRIVE!! Because the gear gets stuck on Drive I CANT STOP THE CAR!! They are incompetent. They are rude. They refuse to give you a loaner car unless you make a fuss!! Just took it back yesterday and today filed a complaint with the State! More
