Horrible Customer Service!! I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul + on Dec. 30th 2016. First off I sat there from 12 noon until 6pm trying to buy a car. Due to my credit rating they had t I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul + on Dec. 30th 2016. First off I sat there from 12 noon until 6pm trying to buy a car. Due to my credit rating they had to send to other lenders. I got a call the next day to say to come get my new car. I got there at 4pm and didn't leave until 9pm signing papers. I then had at least 15 letters show up over the next 3 weeks declining my car purchase. I called the salesman and he said they was having issues getting the car financed, I told him then why did you let me leave with the car? So now it is a month and a half later and i get a call from fuccillio kia saying i needed to bring a payment into the car dealer. So to make a long story short I have been screwed because my credit score is now a zero because they ran my credit so many times and then i called today to find out about my car tag and was told they didn't finance enough money into the deal so i had to pay $ 240.00 more if I wanted to get my car tag. Stay away from this dealer they will screw you over and then if you try to get any issue resolved they will never call you back. I had to call consumer affairs at Kia ti get his Tag issue resolved. Horrible customer service and will screw you given any chance!!! More

Every 4 months I have brou I love my Kia Soul, but was just shafted by my dealer, Fucillo Kia of Cape Coral FL. I leased two cars there two years ago. Every 4 months I have brought my cars in for service. This is an hour drive one way as I live in Naples. Each time I brought my own synthetic 10W30 oil, which Kia reccomends for hot climate conditions.Up until Today, they have used my oil no problem. Today they refused to service my vehicles unless I used their Non-synthetic 5W20. Now any good mechanic knows that the higher the viscosity number the thicker the oil. In hot climate like Southwest Florida, thin oil breaks down easily. Viscosity has nothing to do with engine wear, that rating is the oil's API rating. Kia reccomends an SJ Service rating. The oil I wanted to use is rated SZ which far exceeds manufacturer specifications. Fucillo's service department obviously knows little about mechanics. Do not go there. I leased two cars from them and this is how they treat their good customer! More
Poor representation of the brand My wife and I visited Kia of Cape Coral this afternoon looking to purchase a second car for our family but ended up leaving very dissapointed. We were greeted by an individual ( Nathan ) who was less than enthusiastic to have customers pull into his lot and quite frankly could care less about if we kept driving by. After a brief and lethargic walk through the new and used inventory my wife found something she liked. We test drove the suv and asked what the price was as none were indicated on the vehicles, his response " I can ball park it at about 23k." How professional... I asked if it was a no haggle dealership or if the price was negotiable, he advised it was negotiable. After the test drive, against my better judgement, due to my wife's interest in the vehicle we elected to go inside and discuss financing and the actual price as apposed to the "ball park." Once inside we met a pleasent sales women by the name of BJ who was about the only good thing they have going for them. We finally recieved the selling price 24,800 and it was 4,800 over median fair market value against Kelly Blue Book. I submitted my offer which was right in the middle of KBB fair market value and BJ returned to say the Sales Manager didnt budge a dollar. She said " thats weird that he didnt even try." We put another offer in and recieved even less respect as a consumer from what was a very arogant, and quite ignorant, sales manager Xavier as he elected to pencil down a note for us reading "No, and Funny as his responses." As we began to leave, BJ being a good sales rep, did what she could to try and get us back to the table but to be honest we were done with the place after the third consecutive dissapointment since we pulled into the lot, their general sales manager Xavier's arrogance... Avoid this place at all cost guys, anywhere else is better. At least until they cancel amateur hour and 86 the pompous and poor leadership team. Until that happens the only thing "HUGE" about Cape Coral Kia is the "HUGE" dissapointment you will encounter. More

Had me sitting in the office for almost 3 1/2 hours and didnt explain anything to me, didnt even mention the price of the car until 2 hours of sitting there, and didnt get anything accomplished within the 4 hours I was there! They ran my credit AGAIN after I explained multiple times that i was already pre approved (with draft in hand) and did not want my credit ran again. They continued to do whatever they wanted without me being notified. Long story short, a nightmare to deal with them and they are very slimy. Should have known better when we walked out last year. More

I called when my daughter had a buyer for her old vehicle, and asked the salesperson if she was positive Fucillo Kia could finance a vehicle for my daughter at $325.00 per month, the salesperson said no problem tell her to "sell it." My daughter sold the vehicle, and after picking out a new one was told the financing would not go through. That left her, a single mother of 4 without transportation!! The salesperson admitted in front of the Sales Manager that she did indeed say to sell the vehicle, because the sales people are told, "do whatever you have to do to get them in the door!" After many phone calls and tears the sales manager came back with a ridiculous offer, only because the salesperson admitted what she had said to my daughter and I. In my opinion this dealerships employees are deceptive and unethical. More
