I am not alone in falling pray to the scam of $1000.00 and a cruise. A month later still waiting for the check and after repeated calls and follow up enquiries still no closer to finding out when the check will be cut. Mr. Fuccilla you sir are a master manipulator you are very pleasant in person and face to face yet once your out of sight your staff has ruined you reputation. I am deeply sorry that I recommend not only one but two others to purchase a car from y'all. Disappointed in Cape!!! More

Do not remember the salesperson's name--Young Bill or something like that but he was very manipulative and pushy. I wanted to trade my car to get out of a high payment. I had alot of equity in my fai something like that but he was very manipulative and pushy. I wanted to trade my car to get out of a high payment. I had alot of equity in my fairly new car and they wanted to give me junk in return. Ended up with a lease and a car that was not the greatest. Salesman would not discuss price. Would not return my keys. Kept me waiting for hours. I was so tired that I finally agreed to the "deal" and drove away with the worse case of buyer's remorse I have ever had. I would never reccomend this dealership to anyone. More

My dad can't even afford his cancer medicine, let alone a new car. My mom kept saying no, but the sale people kept saying oh, your husband said yes. These people at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral are EVIL and should be put out of business for taking advantage of the elderly. This is truly elderly abuse Please pass this on to whomever you know.
