On Monday, September 14th I stopped by and wanted to LOOK at their sorento. I repeat, LOOK. I had just left Hyundai (wonderful experience I might ad) and was in love with the Santa Fe sport but wanted to compare prices and vehicles. Oh and I don't ever write reviews.. But this experience was to rememberable not to. Right when my boyfriend and I arrived, we were met by a salesman named Eric. He was very pleasant at first. Eric lead us to a table so we could talk numbers. I told him (numerous times) that I wanted an SUV but did not want anything over $300 a month. I didn't care if it was new or used. Of course, if it was something I really really wanted I would of been open to a higher payment. After running my license and taking my keys to "appraise" my car, we went to look at the sorentos on the lot. Once I saw them, I did not like them. It was nothing against Eric, I just didn't like them like I thought I would... I liked the completely decked out one that was hundreds of dollars out of my price range. But being nice I let Eric continue with his sales pitch. Minutes later I told him that I wasn't interested in the nicest way possible. He then said that I should at least test drive it.. So being nice, I did. When I finished, I still didn't like it. When I explained to Eric that I wasn't interested in purchasing that day because I wanted to go home and sleep on it (I wasn't coming back but again, being nice). Well Mr. Eric was just not having it. When we returned to the office his whole demeaner changed. He went from understanding and helpful to straight up rude. At this point I was beyond ready to leave. I asked Eric for his card and told him I would contact him if I changed my mind and he said hold on one minute and walked away. He came back stating that he just talked to his manager and he could get me in the upgraded sorento with all the bells in whistles that was out of my price range for a "great deal" because at that point they "have only sold 9 vehicles today and we normally do 25 on a slow day" But again, it was hundreds more than the $300 budget I gave him. Again, no thanks Eric. He went back and BROUGHT HIS MANAGER TO ME AND SAT ME DOWN. The manager asked what he could do and I pretty much said there is nothing you can do I am just not going to spend money on a vehicle that I do not want. The payment for the super nice sorento was going to be around $580. Knowing my budget was $300, the manager asked "well, how close can you get to $580?" I wanted to reach across the table and shake him. Do you people not get it? Unless they want to pay my mortgage and all my other bills, I'm not wasting that much on a vehicle. I kid you not, unless you plan on showing up and going home with a vehicle all in one day, don't even go to Fuccillo. They are a bunch of scam artists. They don't care about helping you. They just want to push you into something you can't afford just to make a sale. And during all of this, they had my keys so I couldn't leave (which is the only reason I went through all this because I would of left way before the 2nd desperate attempt at ripping me off) It was a super great experience don't you think? Oh and the "free vacation" promo they have going on right now is a lie. In the fine print it still says $181 per person will be needed to go on the vacation. So if you want a vacation buy one somewhere else then at a car dealership. Needless to say, I left and won't ever be back. I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe sport days later & it's x10 better. I wouldn't even recommend the HUGE scammer company to my worst enemy. More

We were pleased with the car and proceeded into the dealership to negotiate a price. I explained to the salesman that on the Fuccillo Kia website there are no prices on the cars and the site directs you to call the dealership, but when you call the dealership, they instruct you to come in for the price, so we did. We were then introduced to the sales manager Carlos who proceeded to ask a multitude of questions. I answered his questions and then asked him one question, how much for the vehicle? No answer was given. I was told that before they could give a price they would need my drivers license. I asked why would they need my drivers license to give me a price on a car? Again no answer! In the last 3 months I bought a BMW 328i and I never needed to produce my drivers license to see a price for the vehicle. At that point I explained to them that I would leave the dealership if they couldn't give me a price in the next 5 minutes. We left after the 5 minutes had passed. My conclusion is, Fuccillo Kia practices deceptive advertising and high pressure tactics to sell there vehicles. I am surprised that the manufacturer of such a quality vehicle as Kia would allow such a unscrupulous dealership to sell their product. I will purchase my son's Kia at another dealership. More

I am not alone in falling pray to the scam of $1000.00 and a cruise. A month later still waiting for the check and after repeated calls and follow up enquiries still no closer to finding out when the check will be cut. Mr. Fuccilla you sir are a master manipulator you are very pleasant in person and face to face yet once your out of sight your staff has ruined you reputation. I am deeply sorry that I recommend not only one but two others to purchase a car from y'all. Disappointed in Cape!!! More

Do not remember the salesperson's name--Young Bill or something like that but he was very manipulative and pushy. I wanted to trade my car to get out of a high payment. I had alot of equity in my fai something like that but he was very manipulative and pushy. I wanted to trade my car to get out of a high payment. I had alot of equity in my fairly new car and they wanted to give me junk in return. Ended up with a lease and a car that was not the greatest. Salesman would not discuss price. Would not return my keys. Kept me waiting for hours. I was so tired that I finally agreed to the "deal" and drove away with the worse case of buyer's remorse I have ever had. I would never reccomend this dealership to anyone. More

My 81 yr old parents were tricked into buying a car. My dad, who has dementia from a terminal cancer made a discussion which he is not capable of making. My dad can't even afford his cancer medicine, let alone a new car. My mom kept saying no, but the sale people kept saying oh, your husband said yes. These people at Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral are EVIL and should be put out of business for taking advantage of the elderly. This is truly elderly abuse Please pass this on to whomever you know. Thanks More
