My son and I went in to test drive and potentially drive a used EV fro Kia of Carson and had a several specific questions we needed answered before we would commit. James was very patient, kind, helpful and productive! We were able to get a good deal and leave with our "new to us" EV in under four hours from first arriving to driving off the lot. I am 52 and have purchased over 10 cars in my adult life and this was, hands down, the BEST experience, in no small part, because of James professionalism and all around awesomeness! Thanks, James!
