I have been looking for a Kia Telluride for the past month. When my husband and I walked into Kia of Carson we met with TJ Adenihun who was very welcoming and showed me three different trim lines of the month. He took his time to line up the various trim lines I was interested in so that I could compare them side by side. He was very professional, informative and honestly just very kind! Brad the service rep and the mechanic were awesome they told me my car would would be done on some warranty work for a leak and my valve cover gasket and I went in there and did some more preventable maint told me my car would would be done on some warranty work for a leak and my valve cover gasket and I went in there and did some more preventable maintenance tune up changed serpentine belt and water pump belt radiator hoses and they advised me that it was time for my transmission service so I went ahead and did that the car was done a day before he said it was going to be done there's no complaints there they're great now. LET ME TALK ABOUT THE PORTERS THE PEOPLE THAT RETRIEVE YOUR CAR 3 PEOPLE THAT CAME AFTER ME GOT THERE CARS BEFORE ME WHEN HE FINALLY CAME DOWN INSPECTED THE VEHICLE I NOTICED MY CHANGE BE GONE THROUGH $8.75 GRANTED MY FAULT FOR TRUST PEOPLE I K OW THIS CAUSE I COUNTED BEFORE I WENT AND STUFFED A MUSK TO COVER IT UP . Just a heads up be careful don't trust people make sure you take your change out of the car because those people aren't employed by KIA they're contracted from an outside carrier that's what the service manager told me after I went and complain to him and said something about it he apologized profusely but there was said there was nothing that they could do because those guys aren't employed through Kia anyways other than that the service was great the mechanics an awesome job just be more aware of what you leave in your car money wise for those bottom feeders. More
