If I could give no stars I would’ve Kia of Carson is the worst dealer they have bad customer service I took my car for maintenance and left with a check engine light not cool at and I tried speaking to bot worst dealer they have bad customer service I took my car for maintenance and left with a check engine light not cool at and I tried speaking to both managers ERIC AND BRADLEY all they said they were able to help with is a discount off of a $600 dollar cost I don’t recommend this place to anyone sorry Kia of Carson but this place sucks More

I do not recommend buying from this company. They trick you into buying stuff like LoJack that they say is required. While they run your credit, they add stuff without asking you and then rush y They trick you into buying stuff like LoJack that they say is required. While they run your credit, they add stuff without asking you and then rush you off to sign papers with Finance. They do not bring it to you prior to review with your sales rep. Even after I said no to the add-on warranty, it was still added and I signed a form thinking I was denying it and i actually agree to it. It's my fault for not understanding the sales papers. I just thought a trusted company would be truthful. They say they need to make money, which is such a shady way of putting it. Any kind of mark over MSRP is revenue, whether it is five dollars or five thousand. The GM, Will, ignored my calls and only responded to my one email showing me papers. He is completely useless and allows his team to take advantage of buyers who don't know the car business well. They made money off of me. Plenty-Charge up 2K plus my car, and they will easily make 4K+ and whatever they get for selling Kia cars. So here's the point. They racked up my loan and a higher loan payment because they added 4,295.00 onto it without my permission and used tricky words and misleading information to get me to sign it. Will The GM will not answer emails or calls. Do not buy from this company. of other good Kia dealerships around.  More

This place works with you! !! I was saving up to buy a car and was doing the bus and uber/lyft thing for a while but rideshare rates are too high now and the bus in this summer !! I had some money saved and my credit isn't the best but the salesman was still able to get me a great deal. I got a 2020 soul, its perfect! economical so I wont spend to much gas, has all the functions I need and I won't have to wait for a bus anymore, no more arriving late or having to leave super early. This place was amazing, ask for Tino Hurtado!!!!! He was not trying to push a new car onto me, was able to get the payment within my desired budget. No complaints, family is enjoying the long relaxing drives again plus the savings in gas has been even better! Check out Kia electric vehicles, you will be shocked at how top notch these are. More

DEPOSIT HELD HOSTAGE by KIA of CARSON! !!! Don't ever leave a deposit with this dealer. When I agreed to leave a deposit they said at any point I change my mind I can get my $1K deposit r !!! Well, I changed my mind and It has been over a month now and NO ONE has got back to me. NO ONE answers from the finance department. And when I mention to SALES department that I am trying to get refunded they immediately transfer me to FINANCE. SALES will do everything in their power to get your deposit but nothing to refund it. No accountability with this dealer. Watch out! More
