I understand that yes this is a business and yes they need money, but some salesmen really Jeff you over, but that was not the case here. They gave me an incredibly low price just to meet my accommodations, and I am still so happy i bought it days after. I stare at my Kia in the driveway and seriously smile because I am so happy that i got a cute car or a nice price. This sounds like a car commercial, but I am being completely honest. I am happy with my purchase and the time I spent at the dealership, which not many say. More

Car pros Kia of carson is bunch of liars I emailed the dealer on sunday asking for a ford mustang conv. they say it was still available by monday i filled up a credit application after talkin I emailed the dealer on sunday asking for a ford mustang conv. they say it was still available by monday i filled up a credit application after talking to jimmy and let him that we wanted to get the car. It took him a while to answer me than he says i didnt filled up the application correctly i asked what is missing, after a couple hours he said that he was able to work with the application and he supervisor told him we could buy that car. we set up an appointment for next Thursday at 1:00 to make the deal, since i only saw the car over the internet i told him i might stop by after work to take a look at the car i was going to buy in a couple of days, than he started giving me excuses for not to stop by he said he was about to leave and his supervisor was gone and the baks were close i told him i just want to see the car but ok i agree to wait till thursday which i didnt and went to the dealer and my surprise there was no mustang and nobody at the dealer couldn't tell me what happened to the car when one of their sales person text me half an hour earlier it was still available. This afternoon I texted jimmy for an explanation but he hasn't got the xxxxx to call me and say you know what we sold the mustang and we wanted to put you in another car. stupid kids trying to sell cars just wasted my time. More

Car Pros Kia of Carson is TERRIBLE. I bought my brand new Kia Sorento in January 2013. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would b Kia Sorento in January 2013. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would be sent to me as the dealer didn't have it. I basically have had to ask them EVERY two weeks for it, and have gone to the dealership twice this week (3 and a half months later) to pick it up....( the first time they still couldn't get it to me after they said it was ready)... and when I put the key in the ignition it didn't work! After their initial sale they don't care at all about you or what they've promised you in writing. I am so afraid that if something happens to my car this is what I'll have to deal with. Had I known this I would never have bought my car. Stay away! More

I visited Kia and was taken care of by Tito who literally treated me like a VIP. Tito stayed with me through out the whole deal and even helped me find the profect car that suited my ever need and so i purchase the car that day for personal reasons. even after the purchase he still treated me like a VIP customer. He thanked me for my business. It's salesmen like Tito that will make me spend an extra money in Carson to purchase a car when I'm ready to get another car. If you have not experienced great customer service from a car dealership I highly recommend you call Kia and ask for Tito He is the absolute best!!! More

I came here to get my car serviced. Upon arrival, I was told that nobody was in that could look at the car.. even though i called 30 minutes earlier to make sure someone was available. They told us to have a seat and they'd see what they could do.. which was nothing since we waited around 45 minutes. By, that time the service department closed .. but they wanted to show us cars (why..?). Then they asked if I wanted to trade my car in for a new car.. what??? I can't even begin to tell you how inefficient this dealership is. Every time i come here it's a hassle. Not all KIA dealerships are this bad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to a different Kia Dealer... But my experience at Car Pros Kia Carson was so outstanding that I decided to say someth although I always refer to them for my own personal use :). But my experience at Car Pros Kia Carson was so outstanding that I decided to say something here. My salesperson was Leslie. She was awesome! And really so was everyone else I encountered throughout the car buying process. I entered the dealership feeling doubtful that they could help me. I had been to several other dealerships and because of my credit issues, the experience was not favorable for me. In fact, it was downright humiliating and excruciating!!But when I got to Car pros, they changed all of that in a single moment! I am thoroughly satisfed with my purchase, and they treated me like I had A-1 credit all the way through. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone! Save yourself the agony of car shopping all over... start at Car pros, end at Car pros, leave happy! More

I went to the dealership on a Sunday with my daughter and meet Tito "Beto" we bought a Kia Rio from him. After visiting a few other dealerships the buying experienc from Carpros and Tito was the best and smo meet Tito "Beto" we bought a Kia Rio from him. I went to Car Pros Kia looking for an Optima.  They I went to Car Pros Kia looking for an Optima.  They had a huge selection, so it was hard to choose which one I wanted the most.  I test drove one I went to Car Pros Kia looking for an Optima.  They had a huge selection, so it was hard to choose which one I wanted the most.  I test drove one and was immediately in love with the car.  I finally decided on a color and was off to the races.  The salesman Ben was very helpful.   It wasn't long before the paperwork was done and I was driving out in my new Optima.   Car Pros Kia is definitely the best place to look for a new vehicle.   I'll be leasing with them for a long time!
