If I could give this dealership negative stars I absolutely would. Do not buy a car here, and absolutely do not take your car here for service. They will do whatever they can to avoid replacing part absolutely would. Do not buy a car here, and absolutely do not take your car here for service. I will personally never buy a Kia again but if you are set on buying one, please do yourself a favor and go to Kia of Cerritos. More

I went to Kia dealership on Monday and I did not have an appointment but I was service right away by Andrew Wilcox. I needed maintenance on my tire rotation and pressure.
