I strongly advise against using Kia Carson for vehicle service. When I dropped off my Kia Niro for a battery replacement, the dealership left my car unlocked in an unsecured outdoor lot having it exposed service. When I dropped off my Kia Niro for a battery replacement, the dealership left my car unlocked in an unsecured outdoor lot having it exposed to get burglarized by transients camping under the nearby 405 freeway bridge right next to it. I expect my vehicle to be secure when I pay for professional service.This basic security lapse is unacceptable! Service Advisor Vanessa Espinoza insisted my failing battery wasn’t under warranty and quoted me $900 out of pocket, despite me insisting that the battery replacement is under warranty. The technician’s "diagnostic"—which I suspect was never properly performed—concluded my battery was fine. After three days in their care, I was told my car was in “perfect condition,” only to have the battery correctly diagnosed and replaced under warranty in under three hours at Kia Cerritos. When I escalated my concerns to Manager Cesar Arzate, he was dismissive and provided no assistance. Between the security failure, misleading warranty information, inadequate diagnostics, and unresponsive management, Kia Carson falls far below the standard of competent, trustworthy service. If you value your vehicle’s safety and expect honest, efficient service, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.They have no business being open to the public! They are Horrible!!! More
