I took my car to Kia yesterday and Mathew Kress helped me I was really scared about my car cause I didn’t know what was wrong with it he advised me if was some that Kia needed to fix they would fix it wit me I was really scared about my car cause I didn’t know what was wrong with it he advised me if was some that Kia needed to fix they would fix it with no charge but if not he would call me and let me know I never heard from him yesterday so I called this morning and he told me they things on my car and update my computer system and no charge he explained everything that happened and was very nice and helpful and he understood I was really stressed out about my car so if you every need in service work done at Kia of Cleveland ask for Matthew Kress you will not be disappointed in his help. They lied on their radio add! Nothing in it is true! Your price, your trade your credit will not be a problem plus we will give you 6000 ove blue book. 1 it's their price not your Nothing in it is true! Not sure how they can put this on the radio when it's all false. Don't think the salesman Bryan even tried. Bought a few kias in the last few years! This was the worst experience ever zero communication during the process unless I initiated it. Please don't fall for this add on the radio it's a waste of time. Then again maybe a different salesman would have made a difference. Update! Just got approved at Hyundai. Bye kia More
