After completing service at your dealership, I left the next day for a trip to Portland. During the drive, I heard a strange noise coming from the car, and the steering wheel was shaking. I had the car inspected at the Les Schwab Tire Center in Portland, where they found that 3 out of the 5 lug nuts on the front passenger-side tire were missing. We could have been seriously injured or worse. How could something like this happen? How can we trust your service in the future? I was told my car would be finished in 2. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I waited another 30 minutes and went to inquire about my car. 5 hours. At 3 hours the service advisor told me it was done and I should have it short. I waited another 30 minutes and went to inquire about my car. I was told it was in line to be washed and vacuumed and would be another 30 minutes. I told them to skip the wash as I had already been there 3.5 hours. More
