I don’t feel I get the diagnostic service I paid for. I knew what was wrong with the engine and I wanted to know exactly WHERE the issue was. Instead I got a “confirmation” of what I already knew, an unrequested vehicle inspection and a work estimate for $44,000 … I took the car to a different Kia dealer 2 days later and got exactly the information I requested with a repair estimate of $9500 which is the expected cost for the repair at the dealership. I definitely feel I wasted $250 and my time going to Kia of Everett. More

They did not clear out my service alert and now still everyone start the car it says overdue and that’s frustrating, no car wash and a half xxx vacuum job!
