I was stranded due to engine failure luckily a 5 minute drive from this dealership. Mario was working late , yet was still there and he took me in, even though it was after hours .Such a rare and wonderful drive from this dealership. He took my car in , they ordered an engine after the detection it was irreparably damaged . Picked up my car the next week and all is well ! What a great experience ! More

Craig did everything he could to provide me the most comfortable service possible, following up on the rental proactively, etc. I just wish that the technician would have been able to diagnose the issue comfortable service possible, following up on the rental proactively, etc. I just wish that the technician would have been able to diagnose the issue during the first visit or recommended the diagnosis by master technician when I brought the car in first time. I do have concerns that the vehicle needed the alternator replaced already although it is covered by warranty. Otherwise, the dealership is clean, and the service is great. Craig is the nicest service advisor I have worked with so far. More
