Everyone was easy to work with, and I was able to do nearly all of the negotiation and financial details over the phone, which made everything so much easier as a working parent. They let me bring an independent inspector onsite to look over the car, and worked with me to coordinate that. Everyone was friendly and respectful that we worked with. There’s even a kids playroom in the showroom which kept my daughter entertained while we did the paperwork. More

The only downside was having to wait five days after purchasing the truck before I could pick it up because it still needed to be serviced, which was disappointing since I was excited to take it home. Then, after having the truck for only two days, I had to bring it back because it wasn’t consistently detecting that it was in Park. That was frustrating, but the dealership took it in to diagnose the issue. Aside from those setbacks, the purchase process itself went smoothly. More
