Dave, while we value all of our customers, respect should go both ways. Our sales manager, Joe, extended his hand simply to thank you for your service as a police officer, and it was unfortunate that gesture was met with hostility. That interaction spoke more to how you chose to conduct yourself than anything else. Regarding the vehicle, it did not pass inspection and could not be safely retailed. While that may have been disappointing, we will never compromise on safety standards. As for your deposit, it was processed through the normal channels and returned in full. We do not, and will not, hold anyone’s money. We stand by our team and our values, and while we wish you the best, we will always expect mutual respect in return.

No thanks was given for being a P.O. Your narrative is false and misleading. Respect is earned and clearly it was not with your dishonesty even now you are lying about the NYS Inspection that was performed on the vehicle a month before I put a deposit on it. The vehicle has been at your dealership for 60+ days as per Car Gurus. Why would I make a deal on a car that was not inspected? Why would you advertise a vehicle for sale that would not pass NYS Inspection. By your own admission you are lying. Maybe try not being shady with extra fine print and add on fees. Maybe try honoring your end of the deal. That is how you earn business. Not by lying to and ignoring customers then lying again in response to a factual review. BTW Clearly not a MOS friendly dealership ! I'll let my brothers and sisters know to stay far away.

Dave, everything about this deal was properly disclosed from the start. Fine print and conditions exist in every type of transaction — whether buying a car, a cell phone, or even signing up for home cable service. That’s simply how agreements are structured. The fact that you pursued the vehicle shows you recognized the value in the deal. Where I draw the line is when one of my employees is treated with disrespect. I firmly believe that in order for employees to take care of customers, management must take care of its employees — and that includes standing up for them when they are treated unfairly. As for your suggestion that we are “not MOS friendly,” I will not allow defamatory accusations to stand. I have proudly served thousands of customers over 30 years — including many members of law enforcement — who know they will always be treated with fairness and respect at our dealership. We wish you well in your car buying endeavors, but let’s be clear: no business can operate by losing money, and in this case, you simply did not want to adhere to the clearly defined terms of the agreement.

A factual review is not defamatory. Your dealership made a deal then backed out. Facts. Keep up the great work of getting negative reviews !
