When I thought about mayb I had a great experience working with Jeff! He found the car I wanted and allowed me the time I needed to make the purchase. When I thought about maybe getting another car, used, he let me look at it without insisting on the first one which was new. He was patient and not pushy and I would highly recommend working with him. I was less thrilled with the finance manager. But it was a typical experience, more of what I’m used to. I left and came back to paying a much higher down payment than what I was told. No matter the amount, I should have been informed upfront. More

Vehicle No. 3 John Kraft was our sales person and couldn't have been any nicer. Once we got to Steve, he explained every single piece of paper that we had to sign, so there was no question or confusion about what you were signing. If you had any questions about what Steve was explaining, he took his time and answered you. After looking around at other dealerships a little closer to home, and not finding anything to fit our budget, we decided to go to Kia of Huntington. One again, Kia of Huntington pulled through. Everyone at Kia of Huntington, from the time you walk in the doors until the time you leave, are the friendliest, nicest people and work very hard to try and get you into a vehicle that fits your budget.
