WE CALLED ;ATE AFTERNOON TO SEE IF A PARTICULAR MODEL WAS AVAILABLE. JACKIE SAID IT WAS. UPON MY ARRIVAL THE VERY NEXT MORNING, ASAD (SALES) INFORMED ME THEY HAD NO CARS AT ALL OF THAT MODEL, BUT HE HAD MORE AVAILABLE. JACKIE SAID IT WAS. UPON MY ARRIVAL THE VERY NEXT MORNING, ASAD (SALES) INFORMED ME THEY HAD NO CARS AT ALL OF THAT MODEL, BUT HE HAD MORE EXPENSIVE MODELS. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CHECK INTO WHO TOLD ME IT WAS AVAILABLE. WHEN I SAW JACKIE WALK BY, I ASKED HER WHO SHE SPOKE TO THAT CONFIRMED THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS ASAD. SO HE LIED. MANAGER MIKE WALKED OVER. I TOLD HIM THIS SOUNDS LIKE A BAIT & SWITCH (AN ILLEGAL TACTIC). HE ABRUPTLY INTERRUPTED ME SAYING "I GUESS YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH US", WALKED AWAY & IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR HIS LAST NAME. THE RECEPTIONIST ALSO REFUSED. KINDA STUPID SINCE EVERYONE'S NAMES ARE ON THEIR WEB SITE. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! This got to be the worst experience YOURE GOING TO BE DRIVING WITH. DONT GO SHOPPING FOR CARS HERE! THEY DONT INSPECT THEIR CARS LIKE THEY SAY. This got to be the worst experience of my life buying a car from them. First of all I called about a car I was interested in and put a deposit on it because I was driving from CT to Long Island, the title was delayed almost a month to come in, so I couldn’t buy the car until it got to the dealer which I was fine with the wait. Secondly after the title arrived my sales representative Asad was the one to call me to see when I can come in to see the car. I got there and test drove the car. First I realized the dashboard said the left back passenger side tire is low almost 11 PSI off from the other ones which I took a picture of. I addressed this issue to Asad and he said he would take of it, he was suppose to put air in it after the test drive was done which he completely forgot to do because he got distracted with another customer he had. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE. Once you sign the papers, you’re all on your own. I bought the car last Tuesday the 17th of may 2022. On Thursday the 19th after only driving the car back home to CT. The same tire went from reading 33PSI to 26PSI. I contacted my sales rep to keep him updated about the issue that I addressed to him during the test drive and he said he would talk to the manager and get back to me shortly. That alone took 4 days, and when I called to check they said the manager was out sick. Now I’m ubering everywhere because I bought a 35k car that I can’t drive. Thirdly, I was asked to sign the papers and I was only showed the monthly payments. When I asked them to walk me through the numbers, I found out they charged me ~$900 bank processing fees without telling me and the $900 was combined with taxes so I don’t see it. When I questioned the business manager, she said ALL banks charge fees, but why was not I told about it??why the fees were not listed on the final docs?? I got no answer and then they waived it. PLEASE CHECK ALL THE NUMBERS BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Now I’m being fully ignored by the sales rep Asad when I call him, the service manager that I called yesterday was extremely rude on the phone and kept yelling WE ARE NOT CHANGING YOUR TIRE. WE’ll ONLY FIX IT. I haven’t owned the car for more than week and I was told I had bumper to bumper warranty for a month. More

This dealership parts department, Kenny in particular, is a joke. We ordered parts online and when we received the box, there was no packing paper inside the box and the box was torn open and 2 parts were mi a joke. I just got off the phone with Kenny and he started yelling at me and saying this is the post office fault but had this box been packaged correctly, it would not have torn open. I asked him to just replace the 2 parts and he said "then we will be out the money". I responded by saying "we are already out the money" and he didn't care. Very poor customer service. I will take this further with Kia directly. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE EVERYONE. More

I ca After purchasing my car at the very end of December, on my way home (3 hour drive) I noticed that the car, a new Kia Sorento PHEV, was shaking. I called Peter the sales rep, and he mentioned that because I took the car on a warmer day, the tire pressure might be off, and try to adjust that when I get home. Fair enough. The shaking never stopped, even after a dozen different attempts to change tire pressure, rotate tires, rebalance tires, etc. I have over 20 calls to the dealership from the day I bought my car, and they kept saying "they were trying to help me". NO THEY WEREN'T. Buyer beware, once you walk off the lot, they will never treat you like a valued customer. I am disgusted by how this dealership turned their back on me. I had to pay $5,000 to get out of my lease, TWO MONTHS INTO IT, all while asking for a solution to the problem. Take your business elsewhere, you'll regret it if you don't. More

Literally the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I had decided to buy a new Kia and made a deposit to reserve the vehicle while waiting for my financing. But I later find out they had sold the vehic I had decided to buy a new Kia and made a deposit to reserve the vehicle while waiting for my financing. But I later find out they had sold the vehicle when I came back. So not only they dishonor the agreement, but also tried to keep the deposit money. They continued to avoid my phone calls, never called me back when I left a message. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Also what ridiculous dealership charges that high of credit card surcharges. This should be going up to corporate. More
