It is rare that I find myself feeling that an overwhelmingly negative review is necessary and proper. However, Kia of Huntington deserves nothing but a warning sign tacked upon its door and a hor overwhelmingly negative review is necessary and proper. However, Kia of Huntington deserves nothing but a warning sign tacked upon its door and a horrific story attached to its online platforms. I have bought TWO vehicles through Kia of Huntington, and experienced some of the worst service and assistance that is possible in any industry. Car Dealerships tend to require a certain degree of prudency when searching for the right one, and I know now that I should have done my homework with a bit more care. My first experience in 2019 was rather poor, but I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and chose to be lax with my opinions and demands after the sale was completed. A week ago, my feelings towards this dealership and Kia Motors were completely and entirely soured. Our salesman, Marcus, was an incompetent, impersonal, and disorganized individual with no care or concern for our needs and no interest in making the sales process efficient. He deeply undervalued our vehicle trade, failed to prepare our car for pickup, and didn't even have the courtesy to greet us or update us while at the dealership for the official sale of our new Kia Niro. With regard to civility, I spoke to one of the sales managers, Joe, and told him that I'd like to arrange a phone call at his convenience to discuss my experience. A week later, six hours at the dealership, four unreturned phone calls, and a silent abyss of telephone holds from the receptionist have resulted in absolutely nothing. I will never recommend this business to friends or family, will actively encourage others to visit other Kia locations first, and remain disgusted that I have to send my hard earned dollars to a lowballing, low quality establishment. To ice the cake, few to no employees followed mask mandates and paid attention to the public health regulations that exist under the current COVID-19 guidelines. Horrible customer service. Took well over 4 hours to lease a car, despite knowing make, model and color I wanted. Information was never provided as to what was going on and we just sat and waited and wa lease a car, despite knowing make, model and color I wanted. In addition, covid protocols were not enforced or followed. Most of the sales staff had either no mask or wore in below their mouths. Will NEVER go back. Would rather take the ride to smithtown. Salesperson Jeff was fine ... his role is a salesperson, so limited in what he can and can't do. I noticed that Jeff spent a lot of time cleaning the inside of the vehicle I purchased, which leads to my nex so limited in what he can and can't do. I noticed that Jeff spent a lot of time cleaning the inside of the vehicle I purchased, which leads to my next comments on the dealership itself - why would the salesperson have to clean the car? so odd. They also made him put the new plates on the car ... don't they have people to do this sort of work, why make the sales guy do it? During the negotiations on price, dealership charged over $2k for what they refer to as 'vehicle prep'. What I found out when I got home with this vehicle is that all they did was shine up the areas of the car that are visible. When I looked under the front seats for example, there was so much dirt and grime, I had to take it to a car wash to have it properly cleaned. The engine bay was also a dusty mess. So what I got for my $2k vehicle prep, I will never know. I also asked them to provide me a detailed break down of what is done for the $2k vehicle prep which was never provided Another major issue ... I was told to come at a certain time to pick up my vehicle ... I came with my family .. I ended up waiting over 3 hours to finally get the car. My family had to leave after 2 hours of waiting. So many unprofessional things that happened in that 3 hour time frame. Finance guy busy smoking, before he could talk to me ... paper work was all wrong ... etc. This is not my first preowned vehicle ... my experience in other places does not compare to this place If you buy a used car from these folks .. be very careful on if you get what you pay for More

This is a very friendly and helpful KIA dealership. Top marks in every department. Jeff in sales and Anthony in finance were both extremely knowledgeable and courteous and went out of their way to give u marks in every department. I was happy with my 2018 Kia Sportage for 3 years. Jeff Feinne was very helpful and showed the advantages of leasing another Kia Sportage. He and Brandon helped make the transition fairly easy. Be very careful with this dealership! Had a one o’clock appointment did leave until closing. As I let the dealership with my new vehicle everything seem fine. Next morning I called an email the mike the salesman an he ignored me the whole day. To me it seemed like he knew about the problem before they sold me the car. After waiting couple hours for a call back I decided to call an speak to a manager. While speaking to the manager he made me felt like it was my fault. I don’t understand how in the 100 point inspection Kia of Huntington claim they preform they miss the seat malfunction. I’m in the process of returning the vehicle for a full refund.
