I dropped my car off at 07:40 to have the brakes checked. I was told that it would take about 1-2 hrs to diagnose my problem and to get started on it. My car wasn’t ready for pickup until 17:45...after I had I was told that it would take about 1-2 hrs to diagnose my problem and to get started on it. My car wasn’t ready for pickup until 17:45...after I had called the shop 3 times to find out what was wrong with my car (Dawn said she’d call me in a couple hours...which I thought would be no later than 11:00, but she never did. I ended up calling there at 14:47 and 15:31. Dawn was not available until I called again at 16:25). So, I spent ALL DAY LONG waiting... just to need some new brakes and rotors. There’s no way my car should have been there all day for what needed to be fixed. I’ve always had great service whenever I brought my car here. I’m not sure what happened this time. More

Great Service I took my 2012 Sedona in for a recall repair involving the engine and oil change. The Service scheduler Jeremy noticed I had never had a tune-up (112, I took my 2012 Sedona in for a recall repair involving the engine and oil change. The Service scheduler Jeremy noticed I had never had a tune-up (112,000 miles). Jeremy called and advised me that I could save some money by having the tune-up done while the engine was opened for the recall repair. So I had the tune-up done, and I'm happy that I did - the engine sounds and runs like new (smooth and quiet). Jeremy has been a great service person, keeping me happy over the years, and Kia of Lansing is lucky to have him as a member of their service team.. More
