When I showed up 45 mins later it seemed they were too busy and no loaner was available. I chose to leave my vehicle, rent a car and go home to sleep because I work nights. . I asked for call after 4pm. They ended up calling my husband-no idea how they got his number- he called me thinking something was wrong... kind of a cluster all around. I’m still not sure if my windshield, that they pointed out had a chip, was fixed while I was there. More

Dropped off my Niro for oil change and shuttled to work. And, as far as I know, the cost for the synthetic oil change was reasonable-- and they applied like amount discount of their/a KIA (regular oil change) coupon I supplied. Everyone at KIA Lansing that I have dealt with has been very attentive and courteous. More
