A wonder experience Neil is a knowledgeable sales representative. He knows the range of products and can quickly explain differences between models and trim levels. He Neil is a knowledgeable sales representative. He knows the range of products and can quickly explain differences between models and trim levels. He listens to costumers desires and needs and offers vehicles that meet those requirements. He does not push hire trim levels onto customers. He only discussed higher levels after inquiring about them. My only advice for better service when purchasing/leasing would be for credit forms be available so my wife could fill out forms ahead of time so she would only need to be present for the signing. We were able to do that a different dealership within the last year or so and that really impressed her. This is my second KIA and I have enjoyed both purchases and the service department as well. More

Fast and friendly service! Very efficient staff. I arrived at my 530 appointment for regular maintenance. Steve was very friendly and had my car in and in less than 30 minutes. Don't go if in a hurry I was disappointed in the amount of time spent waiting for completion of service despite having the first scheduled appointment of the day. The court I was disappointed in the amount of time spent waiting for completion of service despite having the first scheduled appointment of the day. The courtesy coverage was appreciated; yet, it was an added stress in having another appointment scheduled almost 2 hours after this with the rush for attendance. If a known time delay is expected, the customer needs to be notified to adjust other scheduled plans for the day as needed. More
