recall work I received a recall notice in the mail and happily brought my KIA in. I had recent problems with the oil levels going very low. When reading about th I received a recall notice in the mail and happily brought my KIA in. I had recent problems with the oil levels going very low. When reading about the recall I thought some of this could be related. 1/2 hr into my stay at the service center they tell me I'm all set. My paper work doesn't really say what they did other then change my oil. My oil light doesn't even go on when my oil is low. It was so low at one point It didn't even register on the stick. That's not good and no indicator light. I'm getting a new vehicle and it won't be a KIA. More

Engine light came on, you got me right in & fixed it. I had had my car in a couple of weeks ago due to an accident. Last Sat. night (12-15-18) my engine light came on. You got me right in first thing Mon. morning & fixed it. I have always been VERY happy with the Service Dept.!! But, the Body Shop, not so much. They had my car for a MONTH (front-end work-radiator, etc.)!!! My insurance co. felt they were putting other cars in front of mine & that a month was way too long for them to have my car. They said if I had agreed to have another body shop do it it would have been finished long before a month but I had always been so happy with your Service Dept., I wanted your guys to work on it. More

A check engine light came on Wanting to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH to Kane and the service team! We we're in town because if the death of my Mother. A check engine light came on & we were advised to call for service asap. Calling Kia of Lansing led me to Kane. What a knowledgeable, understanding young man who told us to come in when we could and they would take a look. Within an hour, the issue was remedied, we were given a paper copy of all that was done to give to our regular Kia Service Mgr upon return to Indiana and we we're on our way. They went over and above and we truly appreciated their time & expertise! Outstanding group...we certainly appreciated everything they did during our difficult time. More
