Overall customer service is a 5*. Service associates super nice. But I don’t like that I had to wait 1.5hr to just get my oil changed. They went above and beyond and were willing to stay after to finalize my lease to make sure I could get the pricing offer on the day it expired! Most people would close down and treat it as business as usual to finalize my lease to make sure I could get the pricing offer on the day it expired!
