Always very friendly and helpful, but took over an hour and a half for an oil change and I had an appointment. I generally call and make a appointment. I called July 7th, was told for Oil Change to just pull into the Express lane. Came to the Express lane on July 8th. Waited in that lane for 20 minutes, finally S 7th, was told for Oil Change to just pull into the Express lane. Came to the Express lane on July 8th. Waited in that lane for 20 minutes, finally Steven came to the door. He asked what name the appointment was for. I told him I didn't have one, he said that Kia only does Oil Change by appointment. At this point I am Very frustrated, he said he would be happy to fit me in under the circumstances. I asked him when, he said about 3 that afternoon ( about 4 hours later). Told him that wouldn't work for me. He gave me his card and said to call him back when I could come back. The next day I called his number, had to leave a message. I would like a appointment for Monday July 13 and to call me back to verify. The next day I called him again, left another message. Never heard from him. I called on Monday and talked to Service, asked for appointment for that day. I was given a 4 o'clock appointment. Everything went well with the appointment, Steven gave me a discount. Just thought someone should know other than the Service Department. Thanks for letting me vent. More
