Excellent customer service! First impression with the pleasant and articulate receptionist I was immediately connected to the service dept to schedule my oil change. They were busy and I still felt as if I was their only customer! They treat me so well and promptly changed my oil and I was out the door in no time. I appreciate having a bottled water and snack while waiting. Waiting area was very tidy and clean. I love Kia of Lansing, always a pleasant experience! More
