BEST Service team!! I have had the pleasure of working with the KIA service team twice now for recalls on my KIA. Both times each person I came into contact with I was greated warmly and treated with respect, The service team at KIA always goes above and beyond to take care of me. They offered to pick me up and drop me off if needed. I love KIA, and the way they do business. I will always drive a KIA! More

Oil change and advise I wasn’t happy after I bought my Sorento. It was my first new car. The sit down buying process was very unclear. A new employee doing the bank loan through the dealership bank, rebates, extended warranty. There was a $1000 amount I could not see anywhere in the ink. So #1, I’m salty. Then after having it a few days, I find out there is no outdoor temperature display anywhere in the car. (A 2013 without a temp display?!!!!). I returned to the dealership and was treated so rudely about my complaint. But since then, I have returned for all services to the vehicle. The service department is friendly, explains in detail, shows me on paper and on the car. The Service Department meets and exceeds my expectations. (I’m still salty about the outdoor temperature display.) More
